2026 NBPA Top 100 Camp Standouts: Top Prospects Who Impressed

The 2026 NBPA Top 100 Camp in Rock Hill, South Carolina, featured several standout prospects from the 2027 and 2028 classes. Kevin Savage III, Yann Kamagate, Beckham Black, Lewis Uvwo, Zion Green, Ahmed Nur, and Micah Gordon were among the players who made strong impressions with their production, tools, and long-term upside.

Kevin Savage III — 2027

Talk about heart over height. Kevin Savage III is going to be a major competitor for a college basketball program in the next couple of years. At just 5-foot-11, the rising senior point guard proved why he is one of the premier prospects in the country and one of the top facilitators in his class.

Savage III showed out during this week’s NBPA Top 100 Camp in Rock Hill, South Carolina, with his ability to weave through defenses, find open teammates, and control his team’s offense. He plays with a quick, crafty pace, is able to get by most defenders, and consistently makes quality reads as a point guard. He is also a lefty, which makes him even tougher for opponents to keep in front.

Yann Kamagate – 2028

One of the biggest names to emerge this spring, Yann Kamagate has earned every right to be considered a five-star prospect. The Compton Magic product has had a terrific few months, bursting onto the national scene and continuing to build momentum.

Kamagate brought plenty of buzz and intensity to Rock Hill this week with his stellar performances during 5-on-5 play. Only a rising junior, the 7-foot-1 athletic, high-flying big man showcased elite mobility for his size, along with impressive bounce and power throughout the week. He has the potential to be the next major name out of the Compton Magic program. Kamagate was a big-time lob threat, displayed a strong motor, and proved he can be a rim-altering presence for opponents trying to score down low.

Beckham Black – 2027

I will continue to argue that Beckham Black should be the No. 1-ranked prospect in the 2027 class. His consistent feel for the game and pace, and his ability to control the offense no matter the setting, often go unnoticed.

NBA scouts will love his poise, his approach to the game, and his all-around competitiveness on the floor. He is an unselfish playmaker and a true traditional point guard. Black has an elite combination of skill, athleticism, IQ, feel, and toughness. The way he reads the floor and makes plays before they fully develop is phenomenal. The 6-foot-3 point guard has an incredible balance of knowing when to score and when to create for others. No matter the setting, Black knows how to make the team around him significantly better.

Lewis Uvwo – 2027

With a phenomenal 7-foot-7 wingspan, Lewis Uvwo has continued to turn heads throughout the spring. The 6-foot-11 big man plays with visible joy as a rim protector, often flashing a smile after making the type of shot-blocking plays that can change the tone of a game.

Uvwo’s timing as a shot blocker is excellent, and his consistency in that area really stands out. He utilizes his long reach to be an elite interior defensive presence and paint patroller around the basket. His athleticism, leaping ability, and motor were also on display throughout the week at the NBPA Top 100 Camp. The tools he has as a lob-catching, rim-protecting big man could translate to the NBA level in a couple of years if he continues to stay consistent and play to his strengths.

Zion Green – 2027

Zion Green certainly proved why he is one of the best overall prospects in the 2027 class, boosting his stock throughout the week in Rock Hill. He is a skilled 6-foot-9 wing with a strong combination of ball handling, shooting, length, and athleticism.

Green’s ability to make plays with the ball at his size was impressive and showed that he has a good feel for the game. He also displayed unique versatility on both ends of the floor, guarding bigger players on some possessions and using his long arms to make an impact defensively. Offensively, he scored from the midrange and also showed that he can be a perimeter threat by knocking down three-pointers.

Ahmed Nur – 2027

Despite being one of the more under-the-radar names in the 2027 class, Ahmed Nur made a strong impression during his time in South Carolina. The 6-foot-9 Minnesota product stood out with his length, physical tools, and ability to stretch the floor.

Nur’s eye-popping length and frame speak for themselves, and he was able to display his elite perimeter shot-making by shooting 58 percent from three over four games during the week. He fits the prototype of a floor-spacing small forward in today’s NBA. He can use his size to alter shots on the defensive end, grab rebounds, and make an impact in passing lanes.

Micah Gordon – 2027

One of the top guards in New Jersey, Micah Gordon, has put together a tremendous spring and early summer. The 5-foot-11 point guard kept that momentum going this week at the NBPA Top 100 Camp.

Despite his size, Gordon uses his stocky frame to create plays for himself and others. He consistently makes his way to the rim with elite ball skills, quick combo moves, and change-of-pace ability. Gordon has a crafty layup package in his offensive toolbox and seems to know exactly when to attack the defense. He showcased his high IQ throughout the week and also proved to the scouts in attendance that his athleticism and explosiveness as a smaller guard are underrated.
