The Matt Babcock Show: USA Basketball
I live in Denver, Colorado, and as an NBA Draft Analyst and scout, perhaps the most significant advantage of being based here is having USA Basketball's headquarters in my backyard, Colorado Springs -- just an hour drive from my house.
Over the last few weeks, I've had the opportunity to attend two different minicamps held by USA Basketball; the first was held for their U16 team, which featured young studs like Cam Boozer, Koa Peat, Darryn Peterson, Jayden Quaintance, and AJ Dybantsa and then this past week for their U19 minicamp, where I was able to watch Cody Williams, Kylan Boswell, Omaha Biliew, Tre Johnson, Dylan Harper, Ian Jackson, and Asa Newell, among others.
So although the 2023 NBA Draft is right around the corner, today, I will peel back the curtain for you and discuss some of the top young American prospects. And let me tell you, we have some incredible players coming up that I think could become NBA stars.
