USA Basketball announced the roster and coaching staff for the 2026 USA Men’s Nike Hoop Summit team, setting the stage for one of the marquee events on the spring basketball calendar.

The 27th Nike Hoop Summit is scheduled for Saturday, April 11, 2026, at Moda Center in Portland, Oregon, featuring the top American high school players squaring off against a World Team made up of elite international prospects 19-and-younger.

The event is slated to stream live on Peacock, with the men’s game tipping at approximately 7:00 p.m. PT (10:00 p.m. ET).

Coaching staff

The head coach for the USA men will be Nick LoGalbo (Lane Technical College Prep, Illinois). He will be assisted by:

  • David Rebibo (Harvard Westlake HS, California)

LoGalbo arrives with significant USA Basketball experience. He is a three-time USA gold medalist as a head coach at the 2021 (men and women) and 2022 (women) FIBA 3x3 U18 World Cup, and most recently won gold as an assistant coach with the 2025 USA Men’s U16 team. He has also been in the Nike Hoop Summit environment, serving as an assistant coach in 2023 and 2024.

Rebibo and Thompson will be making their first USA Basketball bench coaching assignments at the Hoop Summit, after serving as court coaches at the 2025 USA Men’s U16 training camp and the 2025 April minicamp.

Key roster notes and USA Basketball experience

One of the biggest takeaways from the roster is how many of these players have been mainstays within USA Basketball’s program.

Caleb Holt, Brandon McCoy, and Tyran Stokes are noted as three-time USA gold medalists, earning titles at:

  • 2025 FIBA U19 Men’s World Cup

  • 2024 FIBA U18 Men’s AmeriCup

  • 2023 FIBA U16 Men’s AmeriCup

Jordan Smith Jr. joined that group as a gold medalist in 2025 and 2024.

Several other roster members have been involved through junior national team training camps leading up to final selection, including Christian Collins, Jason Crowe Jr., Caleb Gaskins, Deron Rippey Jr., Jordan Smith Jr., and Elijah Williams, with multiple minicamp appearances over the last few years.

One additional note: Ethan Taylor is set to make his USA Basketball debut in Portland.

Babcock Hoops will provide additional coverage closer to April, including player-specific notes as more context becomes available leading up to Portland, along with scouting takeaways following the event.
